That is why we offer you a simple, no-hassle, replacement or 30-day money-back guarantee in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase – for any reason whatsoever. Here are our simple refund terms:

  1. If you purchased it from a store or from on-line website you must email us a copy of your receipt showing date purchased, or, if you purchased it from any of our websites please provide the order number.

  2. The candle(s) must either be in the same new condition as when you received them, or, slightly used with no more than 10% of its wax consumed.

  3. In your email you must provide us with your honest reason for your dissatisfaction and/or your constructive criticism.  Your comments will help Karma-Candles to improve its  product(s),

  4. Whichever option is more convenient to you, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label (if available) or upon receipt of your return, we will reimburse you for the return postage to had to pay to make the required return.

Upon receipt of your return we will replace your purchase or, mail you a check for the total amount of your purchase. Simple enough guarantee? We hope you agree!
